All handcycles are tailor-made. They can vary in size, configuration and can feature different components. Hence the price can only be determined when we receive the order form with all options checked.
No! Submitting the form is a notification or request to receive a quote for your handcycle. The form tells us the configuration of the handcycle and its destination. This is the necessary input to prepare an accurate quote. You will receive a pro forma invoice from us with all price items, including shipping.
As long as the order is still not confirmed, it is possible to freely change the configuration and each such change will be confirmed by a pro forma invoice showing the changes made. The pro forma invoice for each change will have a different number, which must be referred to when confirming the order.
To confirm your order you need to make an advance payment for the amount arranged with the seller or pay for your order in full. If you pay the entire amount in advance, you are automatically entitled to a 5% discount.
Of course! You are welcome to visit our headquarters where we usually have all our models available for testing. However, you may want to make an appointment first to be sure that the model you are interested in is in stock.
The lead time will depend on the number of orders that are currently in the pipeline. Our vendor will let you know the lead time when send you your pro forma invoice. We also provide for possible delays associated with the availability of parts in the market due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It can be 3 months but also 8 months if we have a large number of orders to deal with. Ask the vendor.
Then please contact us. If the frame has not yet been painted then we usually accept changes. However, sometimes this may change the price up or down, depending on what the change is.
The guarantee period is 2 years of the day you receive your bike. The guarantee covers all components of the bicycle, excluding consumable parts. You can download guarantee details HERE
It all depends on the defect. It is best to contact us by email and describe the problem along with some photos. If we have no doubt about the validity of the claim and when it is enough to replace a part, we will send it. However, if the main part of the frame or another key component is damaged, you will need to pack the bike and ship it to us at your own expense. After replacement or repair, we will send it back to you at our expense.
Our handcycles are designed so that service and adjustments can be done by you or at a bicycle service point. We will be happy to help you by email to make the necessary adjustments, service or replacement, but you can also always send the handcycle or part to us for service.
